On October 27, 2025, CHELPIS Quantum Corporation participated in the 2025 Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) Forum, held at the MITRE McLean Campus in Virginia, USA.

Hosted by the MITRE PQC Coalition, the forum brought together global experts and policymakers to discuss the development, implementation, and international alignment of post-quantum cryptography standards.

Ming Chih, CEO of CHELPIS Quantum Corporation, delivered a keynote presentation :

“Taiwan’s PQC Migration Framework: Securing the Global Semiconductor Supply Chain.”

In his talk, Chih outlined Taiwan’s national approach to PQC migration and emphasized the importance of cross-sector collaboration between government, industry, and academia in building a quantum-safe semiconductor ecosystem. He highlighted how Taiwan’s framework serves as a model for securing global supply chains in the quantum era.

Chih also joined the “Aligning International Practices” panel discussion, alongside Evelyne Tzoukermann (MITRE), Mary Bischoping (U.S. Department of State), and Kaitlyn L. (MITRE).

The panel explored how international collaboration can accelerate PQC adoption and ensure interoperability across global standards.
